“If you could kick the person in the pants responsible for most of your trouble, you wouldn’t sit for a month.”
Author: Theodore Roosevelt

Why I like it:
About 14 years ago I read an article about a man who was cleaning leaves out of the gutter on his house. The ladder slipped and he fell. He became a paraplegic but he said he takes full responsibility for his actions. He and only he chose to go up on the ladder without help or support. He blames no-one. He has inspired me to this day. Every ‘mistake’ I make, every misery I cause myself, is my own doing and is my own path. I have the ability to change it.
